Using Eleport’s mobile app is easy. You can use it to see chargers, charge with an account, and see transactions made as a user.
To start using the app:
Make sure you have downloaded the app from App Store.
Make sure you have Eleport account.
Note: If you are not yet registered as a customer, you can do this here.
Note: Eleport app uses your mobile phone system default language. The language selection contains only those languages that are supported in the Eleport app (Estonian, English, Latvian).
If you wish to change the language, go to your mobile phone Settings → Eleport → Language → Select the preferred language.
Select the charger with matching Charger ID in application, tap on the connector type and tap “Start charging”.
During 30 seconds, charging will start. Depending on the charger type, charging data will be displayed differently.
Note: If you are not getting meter values after a minute or two, then “Battery information is not available” will be displayed on the screen.
To stop charging, hold the “Stop charging” button.
Check if completed charging summary is correct.
You can start charging again with “Start charging“ button.
NB! Before you start charging again, it is required to unplug the charger connector from the car and plug it again.
